Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program
The Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program is designed for people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and is offered in collaboration with John Muir/Mt. Diablo Health System. Through education, exercise, and breath retraining, participants work toward improving their activity level and quality of life.

Project Recovery
This adaptive physical exercise program is for people with physical disabilities such as those caused by stroke (six months post-stroke, moderately self-ambulatory), multiple orthopedic handicaps and other health impairments.
